Green Salsa

Green Salsa- No cooking required!

Ingredients (1 serving= about 2 cups)

6 raw jalapeno peppers (pull off the stems)

4 tomatillos (green tomatoes) (peel and rinse)

2 large avacados (peel and pull out seed)

5 stems of cilantro leaves (leaves only)

1 garlic clove (optional)

salt to taste

Instructions: Place all ingredients into a blender and add about a 1/2 cup of water. You may add more water if needed.Blend ingredients. After ingredients are blended into a smooth green salsa, you may poor it into a dish and add lime juice and salt to taste. And that's it! Delicious green salsa to eat with tortilla chips, tacos, breakfast and much more! Enjoy!!!!
